Membership
Membership to Mercian Scribes costs just £20 annually.
Mercian Scribes is affiliated to the Calligraphy and Lettering Art Society. As part of Mercian Scribes you will have the opportunity to meet other calligraphers on a regular basis. We are a friendly group and offer support and encouragement with calligraphy to all our members at any level.
Our full day workshops are led by some of the top professional calligraphers in the country. Workshop are held in Lichfield on a monthly basis with a break only in August for the summer.
Mercian Scribes also take part in calligraphy exhibitions, so being a member will help you get your work shown to a wider audience.
As a member you will receive quarterly a copy of the society magazine ‘Subscribe’.
